\n1:8 es la disciplina de mayor estr\u00e9s del hobby R\/C; Area 51 de Associated Electrics cre\u00f3 una nueva actualizaci\u00f3n de la caja de cambios para proteger absolutamente a prueba de balas la transmisi\u00f3n de la RC8T4. El nuevo anillo y pi\u00f1\u00f3n mejorados 40\/9 est\u00e1n completamente redise\u00f1ados con dientes enormes que permiten un mayor enganche de los dientes y evitan saltos. Adem\u00e1s, las cajas de cambios delanteras y traseras de la RC8B4 se actualizan para lograr el ajuste m\u00e1s ajustado posible de tornillos y rodamientos utilizando pol\u00edmero de alta rigidez.
